Mixer, the tool that was missing
This is a heated UV resin mixer. UV resins are becoming increasingly sophisticated from a chemical point of view and require more and more attention in their preparation for printing; this is the perfect tool for the job. Its hot air jet quickly heats the resin, while the gentle rolling action ensures the molecules blend smoothly and thoroughly—resulting in a consistently perfect mix!
In addition, Mixer can accommodate all bottles up to 260 mm in length and 130 mm in diameter, regardless of shape.
Thanks to the their personalized adapters, any bottle, even square ones, can be prepared for printing. The adapters can then be stored in the practical side compartment.
The rolling motion gently mixes the resin without introducing air, so you don’t have to wait for bubbles to disappear as with manual shaking. Minimizing contact with air preserves the resin’s quality and ensures optimal printing results.
The internal temperature is precisely managed by a digital thermostat, accurate to 0.1°C. You can set the temperature anywhere from 0°C to 60°C, up to 45°C above the current room temperature. For example, if your workspace ambient temperature is 25°C, Mixer can heat up to 60°C; if it’s 5°C, the maximum is 50°C.
