- **Preparazione Omogenea della Resina (Mixer):** Prima di stampare, la resina deve essere perfettamente omogeneizzata per evitare la sedimentazione dei pigmenti e dei componenti attivi. **Mixer** accoglie flaconi (fino a 260 mm) garantendo un mescolamento continuo e delicato, assicurando densità e proprietà chimico-fisiche costanti ad ogni ciclo.
- **Gestione e Preparazione File (*Spreent 3D*):** L'intuitivo software **Spreent 3D** si occupa dello *slicing* e della preparazione del pezzo. Con un solo click ripara la mesh, ottimizza il *nesting* sul piatto e genera supporti automatici sui punti di minimo, azzerando gli sprechi. La funzione *Scan Rete* consente inoltre di gestire la produzione direttamente dal PC.
Lo slicing lo effettua la macchina internamente senza Spreent3D - invece Spreent3D non so se ha senso parlarne dato che non abbiamo capito se si venderà, non è stato sviluppato quest'anno
- **Stampa 3D di Alta Precisione (*ecoGEMINI*):** La produzione prende vita su **ecoGEMINI**. La tecnologia MSLA con schermo LCD 9K (6,8") e il brevetto depositato a **doppia lunghezza d'onda simultanea (385/405 nm)** lavorano insieme alla **gestione termica attiva a 4 stadi**. I profili resina pre-impostati e sincronizzabili con un click azzerano ogni margine d'errore o taratura manuale.
- **Post-Processing Rapido e Pulito (Spinner):** Terminata la stampa, lo **Spinner** rimuove accuratamente i residui di resina non polimerizzata. Questo dispositivo compatto garantisce una pulizia profonda delle superfici senza rovinare i dettagli più microscopici del manufatto grazie all'effetto **"centrifuga"**.
- **Polimerizzazione (Light Box):** La fase conclusiva è la fotopolimerizzazione nella camera **Light Box**. Raggiungendo la corretta reticolazione della resina, il dispositivo conferisce al pezzo le sue proprietà meccaniche definitive, la stabilità dimensionale e la **biocompatibilità** necessaria per l'uso clinico.

MSLA technology with a 9K LCD screen (6.8") and the patent-pending simultaneous dual-wavelength system (385/405 nm) work in tandem with 4-stage active thermal management. Pre-set resin profiles, which can be synchronised with a single click, eliminate any margin for error or the need for manual calibration.
- **Rapid and Clean Post-Processing (Spinner):** Once printing is complete, the Spinner thoroughly removes any residual uncured resin. This compact device ensures a deep clean of the surfaces without damaging the finest details of the printed object, thanks to the ‘centrifugal’ effect.
- **Curing (Light Box):** The final stage is photopolymerisation in the Light Box chamber. By achieving the correct cross-linking of the resin, the device imparts to the part its final mechanical properties, dimensional stability and the biocompatibility required for clinical use.
